Booking Your Trip

To receive a quote, simply fill in the Reservations form with all the pertinent information. Please specify the date, time and the pickup address, the address of the final destination, number of people and number of pieces of luggage (if applicable) and any special requirements. Sending an inquiry does not obligate you to the service. You can make your decision after you receive a quote.

In order to book a reservation, you will need to include all the pertinent information in the Reservations form to receive a quote, then choose a service type, include your personal information and add a valid credit card.

You will need a valid credit card to book a trip.

Yes. If your trip has multiple stops, please use the “Add leg” button when booking.

Prior to your requested booking you will receive an email or an SMS text confirming the details of your booking.  Make sure to review that the information is correct.  If for any reason there is an error or you need to make a change, you will need to contact support at ASAP.

You will receive a SMS text message when your driver is confirmed.

This will include the drivers name and cell phone number in case you need to contact your driver directly.

When your driver has arrived at your location, you will receive another SMS text message that your driver has arrived.

Your driver will text you once your flight lands with direction on where to find him/her.  Your driver will be using a real time flight tracker to monitor your flight, so they are aware when you take off, land, and your arriving gate.

We target being curbside 20 minutes after your Domestic Flight arrives and 40 minutes after your international flight arrives.  You will need to meet your driver in the designated passenger pick-up area.  Your driver will not be able to pick you up in any other location.

Your driver will do everything possible to pick you up as close as they can get to you and your party.  Due to airport regulations, please understand you may have to walk to the safest and legal pick-up location.

Your assigned driver will be using a real time flight tracker to monitor your flight. This will tell the driver if there are any delays or cancellations.  You do not need to notify your driver of this.

If there is a change in drivers and/or vehicles you will be notified via text once confirmed.

Service Policies, Terms and Conditions

NONE. Our rates factor in all fees associated with the service including tolls, parking, fuel, and airport fees we may incur.  All bookings require a credit card on file.  Vehicles booked by the hour require a deposit.  All service charges are applied to the credit card provided at the time of the booking and a payment receipt will be sent automatically.

Cancellations within 12-24 hours of your scheduled pick-time are subject to a 50% service charge quoted. Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-time are subject to the full service charge quoted. Deposit amount is determined by the vehicle availability, client account status and vehicle class. All deposits will be clearly noted in the reservation quote.

Client no-shows and/or on-site cancellations will be subject to the full service fee plus any applicable wait time charges.

All deposits are applied towards total balance due.

The person signing this contract acknowledges he/she has read our terms and conditions listed above and is the authorized purchaser for this agreement, the authorized cardholder for the given credit card and/or responsible party liable for payment of the total amount due.

No personal checks accepted. The customer understands and agrees to pay for any and all damages their party may cause. I also agree to the above Terms and Conditions. The customer also understands and agrees to pay the deposit and/or entire contract price based on the terms of the cancellation policy.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, signing and providing your credit card information, you are authorizing Elite Car Service, LLC to charge your credit card for any of the following charges: deposit, all services rendered, and any damages done to the vehicle.
